Note: The configuration of Microsoft Outlook 2010 and Microsoft Outlook 2013 is identical.
To add an email account on Microsoft Outlook 2010 or 2013, you need your email address and your password which you created when setting up your mailbox.

For all the settings of your Mails customers, Monaco Telecom recommends to use the IMAP protocol with secure SSL / TLS on port 993 for the reception of your e-mails and the SSL protocol Secure with password in TLS / SSL port 587 for sending your e-mail.
General settings: IMAP

1- Start Outlook.
2- Click on File.
3- Under Info, click on Account settings, then click on Account settings in the dropdown menu.
4- Under E-mail, click on New.
5- Select E-mail account, then click Next.
6- Check the box Manually configure server settings or additional server types, then click Next.
7- Click on POP or IMAP, then Next.
8- Under User Information, set up the following parameters:
- For Your Name, enter your complete name.
For E-mail Address, enter your complete email address.
9- Under Server Information, click on the type of account you have. If you select POP3 or IMAP in the Account Type zone, set up the following parameters:
- For Incoming mail server, enter pop.monaco.mc for POP or mail.monaco.mc for IMAP (all in lower case letters).
- For Outgoing mail server (SMTP), enter smtp.monaco.mc in lower case.
10- Under Logon Information, set up the following parameters:
- If you want Outlook to remember your email password, click on Remember password.
- For Password, enter the password you created in your customer account.
- For User Name, enter your email address.
11- If you wish to receive your mails outside of Monaco, click on the "Additional Settings" button, "Outgoing Server" tab, check the box "My outgoing server requires authentication" and keep the default option "Use the same My incoming mail server ".
12- Click on Test Account Settings. The following occurs:
- The Internet connection to the Web is checked.
- You are connected to the SMTP server.
- You are connected to the POP3/IMAP server.
- A test message is sent describing all the changes brought to the initial Outlook installation.
13- Click Next, then Close.
If you wish to receive your mails outside of Monaco, click on the "Additional Settings" button, "Outgoing Server" tab, check the box "My outgoing server requires authentication" and keep the default option "Use the same My incoming mail server ".
