You can change your personal data directly on your Account at www.monaco-telecom.mc. To change your bank information, please contact Customer Service.
Can I ask another person to subscribe for me?
Yes. This person needs a proxy form and a copy of your ID card.
I live in someone's home. Can I have my own subscription?
Yes, as long as the person you leave in gives you a proxy to install a telephone line or an Internet access. Proof of residence and a copy of his/her ID card are required.
I want to cancel my subscription. What should I do?
For a television, Internet, or landline subscription:
Download, fill out, and sign the cancellation form, and return it by registered mail with acknowledgement with a photocopy of your ID card.
For a mobile telephone subscription:
Contact Customer Service at 99 66 33 00.
I would like to give my subscription to another person. What should I do?
For landline or mobile telephone subscriptions, just download and fill out the form below. The document must be signed, and sent to us with a copy of both parties' IDs. If you are a company, you must also attach an RCI form dated less than three months.

Where can I get a copy of the Monaco Telecom paper phone directory?
Every year in June, Monaco Telecom sends a distribution flyer ("bulletin de distribution") to all of its subscribers. To get a copy, fill out this flyer and go to the nearest post office. You may also access the phone book at www.pagesjaunesmonaco.com.
