Network status
Parental Control allows you to protect your children from certain types of content.
By default, this feature is enabled on the Box.
When you first started the Box, you set up a parental code and a morality level.
These settings can be changed later on.
How to access the Parental Control configuration?
- Go to the Home page
with your remote control. - Using the arrow buttons, select Settings, then User Settings.
- Enter the parental control code by pressing the OK button.
- Enter your code.
Why do some channels ask for the parental control code?
Channels which may broadcast violent or adult content require a code.
For example, you must enter your parental control code to access the Ciné Cinéma Premier channel.
Where do I find my parental control code?
If you have lost your code, contact Customer Service at Monaco Telecom. Then be sure to keep it in a safe place.
